And in the end, the incident was put on an end making it that Judy and the ruffian with abnormal strength both died after a duel.
Although it is different from the truth, under the situation where there was almost none that survived in the venue, the two’s testimony was the only answer with consistency, so the investigator could only be convinced with that.
And with this and that, Junpei and Ami are now officially B-Rank adventurers and finished their registration.

「I also want to introduce Junpei to my little sister……Nazuna……too. I’ll behave and won’t trouble you that much」
Junpei’s expression clouded after hearing that name.

Not “maybe” there’s evidence that time is wonky or possibly doesn’t even exist in that dungeon, the time scaling is too inconsistent.
Heck, I’d even bet that the guy trapped by the dryad was the same guy that’s been leaving the notes after a run-in with a skill hunter.

Does say that time is a lot faster in the dungeon and that different areas move at different speeds, but all go faster than outside the dungeon. So if the Ami hasn’t seen her sister in a while, it is possible that 10,000 years or more have passed for her sister in that time.
Junpei hasn’t aged since he stopped being human, so we don’t know how old he is. He doesn’t even know how long he’s been in there. He has memory problems, due to his ‘seal’.

I’d go with the theory of the dungeon’s warped time, but there’s an issue with that. For Junpei, he remained closer to his actual age while the jerks who threw him in there got older. Unless it had the opposite effect on Ami’s sister, there’s no way to say that’s the reason. As for Ami… she’s actually the right girl for our MC.
Either she entered the dungeon a long time before Junpei did or he met her future self from a different timeline. It wouldn’t surprise me when the time is so warped inside that extreme dungeon that you can age differently as long as you didn’t enter it at the same time while people outside of it are getting older normally. The reason why Junpei didn’t age like the jerks who thre him into that dungeon is because time was flowing slower for him.
Junpei isn’t human anymore so his age isn’t an issue really.
As for the time issue, they said in the story that time speeds up in places so that 1 day outside may be millennia inside in one place and weeks in another. It varies, but doesn’t go in reverse (so far).
so I’m pretty sure all of you have read ahead now so don’t reply here and spoil stuff, but, I’m pretty sure that when Junpei left the labyrinth he said it felt like “a few months” and it turned out to be 5 years outside. So it surely does get slower, unless it actually goes faster and MC has spent countless years in there but only remembers a few months worth of time due to the thesaurus seal. Then again, that dream he had was probably a dead give away that he has a Re:Zero like ability, just his begining point starts from the moment he gets into the labyrinth, and that’s why he is so “sharp witted” but doesn’t remember the details of every past timeline until the thesaurus points hit zero and he remembers a bit.
time travel mumbo jumbo.
what would be really interesting is if the old couple ended up selling the little sister into slavery or throwing her into the labyrinth because of a food shortage or something and they have just been pretending to be her sending letters to big sis and taking money from the big sis.
Why do I feel that that’s exactly what happened or will happen since the sister knows Jumpei, and always saves him when he is in trouble.
Knowing the people of that world, it’s really possible.
