Not sure but hasn’t the time he been in that world actually on short side or more like hasn’t events happened at an accelerated rate with no major time skips? I’d have to go back and reread while paying closer attention, but I’m fairly certain most of the girls even their first time wasn’t but a few months back. Not nearly long enough for pregnancy to even reach a stage that visible signs would be appearing.
Course there is also the possibility one or more of the girls is pregnant, but it hasn’t been mentioned. If one of the girls that hasn’t had much screen time recently it could be leading to such a revel.
On that note didn’t Princess Helen ask him to impregnate her back in chapter 43 (I think) right after Hikari was born. Plus she has only showed up recently for the five generals chapter, but other then that not had much direct action in the story.
Side note: The term you are probably thinking about is infertile, since he is obviously not impotent.

Worry Not, you’re absolutely right about most of what you said, specifically the Princess getting pregnant part. Princess Hime asked him to get her pregnant after seeing Hikari and She is pregnant after that, She’s been on like a break or some kinda Pregnancy leave from the Battle duties as far as I can remember. It was also mentioned that maybe only Kakeru and harem know of this and not even the whole of the royal family, so due to that there was a time when Helena actually went to battle in the field and was almost killed and she said some stuff like dying with Kakeru Child still inside her etc. etc. but then she was saved. Althought, the pregnancy still hasn’t reached a considerably visible stage, it is mentioned that she’s confirmed pregnant as far back as I can remember, If not then she’s reached a stage where it’s mostly visible I believe.
Check my reply below to one of the replies to you. I explained clearly why and when that someone getting pregnant happened and also mentioned some bits there to jog your memories since you’ve forgotten a fair bit of it related to pregnancy.
